I think that you should know the people you’re working with & especially the people who are working for YOU. As a Realtor, I do work for you. I believe that every buyer & seller should know that, so there’s never an uncomfortable thought or stress of “have I asked more questions than I should have?” or “have I taken too much of her time?”. When you come on as one of my clients I dedicate myself to you & to finding you the home that suits your needs & lifestyle or marketing your current home to the entire surrounding areas to find the perfect buyer. I want my clients to look back & feel satisfied with not only their home but the service I provided during & following the transaction. With that being said, I figured it was time to share a little bit about myself for those of you who don’t know me it may help in deciding on the agent you’d like to work with. I’ve been a Realtor since 2014, it came about after I went through auctioneer school, I decided that I wanted to branch out & felt real estate was the perfect tie in should I ever want to look at auctioning again. Outside of real estate, I live outside of Aledo, IL with my husband & our fur-kids, we are happy to be surrounded by our dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, goats & pigs. My family is very important to me & I am happy to only live a couple miles away from them. I believe firmly that who we are as people is important, but what we invest our time into is even more pertinent to the type of individual we are. I’m active in different charities throughout the year & I am currently the Vice President of the board for QC Paws. Being a voice for the voiceless, is something that I am incredibly passionate about. I’m proud to say that I am also apart of the Homes for Heroes program, giving money back to the everyday heroes in our community. If you’d like more information please don’t hesitate to reach out. History in Rescue
If you want to only know one quick thing about me, rescue is life. But the longer version of that would be that I was blessed to have parents who never turned away a stray, made sure we helped any animal in our path & everything from the farm cats to horses that were in our world had the best of care at all times. Personally I have been directly tied to QC Paws for over seven years now, I often say I truly believe I was born with a servants heart so that I could be a voice for the voiceless. I spend most of my time outside of real estate either fundraising for Paws or taking care of our rescues, my husband & I have a small farm in rural Mercer County, IL we have currently fifty animals at our place, nearly all of them have had quite the story before landing at our place… Of those fifty we have twelve dogs & eleven cats currently. The rest are made up of horses, donkeys, a mule, goats, pet pigs & finally just this year we brought home chickens & two guineas! I’m thankful to take my drive of running a business & put it into action when it comes to fundraising, we see literal thousands of animals come through the doors of paws & knowing I’m able to serve as the Vice President of the volunteer ran board of directors is a humbling & very honored thing for me.
