So, What Is The PACK?
In 2021, after several years in real estate, I found myself searching for community. I’d been involved in the animal rescue world since the early 90’s. We’d built our real estate team around, and with the support of, the animal rescue community and I knew there had to be more agents with similar passions. After talking with a few agents in various Facebook groups, we decided to start Real Estate Pet Project, a group to help agents dedicated to the animal rescue world grow their businesses so, together, we could further our goal “To end animal abuse, neglect and homelessness by supporting shelters and rescues throughout our communities.”
After starting Real Estate Pet Project and quickly growing the group to 1,300 like-minded agents, we discovered we had something really special. A brand-agnostic group of agents and brokers with diverse skills and the power to make a big impact on the animal rescue community. THE PACK was created to share ideas, systems and resources with fellow agents and our animal rescue friends. From social media content and coaching to fundraising ideas and systems, THE PACK strives to help educate the public about the animal rescue world, solve problems for our rescue friends and help you become the expert pet-focused real estate agent in your area.

Our $5 Friday fundraiser is promoted each week to our over 2,000 agents and followers. Our goal is to continue to grow this promotion and provide additional support to the animal rescue community. We choose our beneficiary each week based first on urgent needs and then rotate through our pack members.
